Often called "African Teak", it is highly resistant to staining. Used throughout the world for boat decks, piers and lab surfaces. Iroko starts as a pale straw colour and with oiling and exposure to daylight, darkens to a chestnut brown colour. It has a tight interlocked grain and a natural oil which makes it particularly suitable for use in wet areas.
